DIANNE DRISCOLL
Dianne Driscoll is a Change & Resilience Coach, Consultant, Facilitator, and Speaker. Having had an extensive 20+ year corporate career in technology and organisational change, she now focuses her expertise on helping global leaders build change, resilience, and leadership capability in themselves, their teams, and their organisations.
Dianne is an accredited Prosci® / ADKAR Change Practitioner and a trauma informed Life Coach. She is the recipient of the Global Best Practices Award by software giant SAP, for a complex change, training, and communications program designed and implemented for an iconic international food company.
Dianne believes communication is a cornerstone for change. In her book “Positive Change: Life & Leadership Lessons From Corporate Burnout” she encourages readers to “Care for Self, Care for Others and have Courageous Conversations”. In 2019 she was awarded the Ambisie Storyteller of the Year accolade for her volunteer work inspiring primary and high-school students to have Courageous Conversations about their mental health.
Given Dianne’s passion for change, it is not enough to simply share knowledge and inspire others. Dianne is driven to build capability through interactive workshops, embedding knowledge through carefully constructed exercises. She then helps participants activate their learnings in the real world with take-away actions and challenges.
