As a result, wellbeing has been the topic of many conversations, however may not be at the heart of strategic decision making in your company.
Employee wellbeing plays a massive part in the culture, productivity and performance of companies. As work plays a major role in adult human beings lives, it provides a place that can either have a major effect on positively or negatively impacting their mental and physiological health.There are a lot of great wellbeing strategies and tools available for companies to utilise. Unless wellbeing is established as a strategic priority and at the centre of C-Suite decision making, there is little chance the strategies and tools will be effectively implemented.
