Karen has over 20 years of B2B experience across various industries and 17 years in leadership positions. She founded an award-winning biotechnology recruitment firm, and surviving two financial recessions, grew it from seed capital of S$10K to S$10M dollar valuation at trade sale.

Karen was nominated for the Great Woman of Our Times Award 2018 by Woman’s Weekly, received the merit award for Shell LiveWire Young Business Start-Up 2005, and over 20 other industry awards. She was one of the inspirational female speakers for Lancôme’s Find Your Light 2018 event in Singapore, African Women Leadership Forum and panel speaker for Women’s Weekly 2019 Forum, ITE Entrepreneur Forum 2016 and was interviewed on various national radio stations such as 938Live! and Money FM 89.3.
