INSPIRED to Nurture

How can we maximise the talent of the people in our teams and organisations? It's important that we are constantly nurturing rising talent as we co-create our team members future. Gone are the days where 6 month and 12 month performance reviews were considered appropriate for growth and now is the time to provide feedback on a daily basis.

Creating a tight feedback loop where you reinforce positive performance and behaviours, as well as sharing insightful areas of improvement, are essential to creating a culture of growth. Whether employees have been in the organisation for 40 years or just 40 day, have lots vs little experience or differences in job title, feedback should be encouraged up, down and across the organisation.

Every has room to improve, and every employee has powerful insights and perspectives that can help each other continually grow and evolve. On Wednesday 21st September (12-12.30pm AEST Sydney Time) I will show you how to create a nurturing rising talent culture that supports retention, growth and succession, how you can shift from being a cheerleader to reinforcing positive behaviour and why it's important to share critical feedback in a non-personal manner. In this month's INSPIRED, we share various employee interaction programs which are helpful for specific transformative work contexts in areas of communication, leadership, oranisational design, mindset, client centricity and wellbeing.

Check out our upcoming events on Nurturing Rising Talent (Sep 21), Mastering Communication & Presentation to C-Suite (Sep 26-27) and Presenting Bad News (Oct 5) at the end of this newsletter.

If you need support in creating cohesive teams where nurturing rising talent is at the core of your company culture and DNA, then please reach out and arrange a call with me and we can discuss further.

Have a great weekend!

Best Regards
