INSPIRED to emerge great leaders
Welcome to INSPIRED by Speakers Institute Corporate!
I know that there are so many ways to keep up with the latest trend on communication, leadership and wellbeing — it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. That is why we are thrilled to share our monthly newsletter, INSPIRED, highlighting our favourite reads, insights, videos and upcoming events to help you thrive throughout the month.
International travel and in-person programs and events are back, so Sam Cawthorn and I have been grateful to be spending time in Singapore, during February, delivering 9 days of in person programs, including a Singapore Corporate Showcase at the incredible 1880. What we love though is our ability to continue working with our global team and have the capability to also deliver 7 online programs to clients around the world during the 2-week stay in Singapore. We learnt so much and looking forward to sharing with you on the 2nd March with Presenting Professionally On The Go.
What are the hot topics on corporate minds in 2022? We are hearing of the challenges that C-Suite and HR/L&D/P&C Leaders face in improving team dynamics as people return to offices and whether employees will feel awkward as they may have never met many of their colleagues. Other companies are talking about the importance of client centric strategies, developing people of eminence, and how can we transition our specialists into people managers and emerging leaders. The one question we enjoy working with clients is about confidence and how we can help solve what is holding their people back.
And yes it’s still summer in Australia, and the heat is still on here in Speakers Institute Corporate as we present to you our 2022 Facilitators! You’ve heard it many times, it’s not the product nor the best technology that make a good company, it’s the people, and it’s a fact. Even the greatest company of all time will fail without its greatest people — led by strong, visionary emerging leaders.
We would love to hear from you. What challenges are you facing and also what is resonating with you right now?
We look forward to having a conversation with you soon.
Stay safe and Enjoy!
