INSPIRED as A Team

As a leader what are your actions that inspire your team? Many senior leaders expect employees to follow them because of their title, their company ownership, or their place in the organisation's hierarchy. And most of them do follow a leader for these reasons. But that doesn't mean the leader inspires their best work, support, and contribution.

Communication, integrity, sense of belonging, and sensitivity to the needs of the employees are some of the qualities and characteristics of an inspirational leader. No one is inspired by a leader who people think does not care about them.

As humans we like working with people who like us, care about what we do matters and we find interesting, if not fascinating.

Have you got the ability to drive people to reach great heights of performance because they have purpose and meaning in their role?

In this month's INSPIRED, we shared insights on various employee empowerment programs which are helpful for specific transformative work contexts in areas of communication, leadership, oranisational design, mindset, client centricity and wellbeing.

Check out our upcoming Thought Leadership Series on Speaking at a Conference (Nov 9th) at the end of this newsletter.

Have a great week!

Best Regards
