Edwin Tan is a 25-year veteran in the banking, finance and insurance industries, and also a Founding Member & Centre Director of Cygnet Consultancy, specialising in NeuroFeedback. He has been with Speakers Institute since 2018.

Edwin’s venture into NeuroFeedback was rooted in a frustration with main-stream therapies to successfully treat his child who was struggling with anxiety issues. With much success, he was determined to bring this technology back to Singapore to share its revolutionary healing potential, where he now helps people train and optimise brain performance in their field of work and personal development.

Having a special interest in neuroplasticity and non-invasive treatment for brain-based disorders, his passion is also to help improve the quality of life for those suffering from Neuropsychiatric disorders by exploiting the natural ability of the brain which constantly adapts and exhibits neuroplastic change.

Edwin also serves as the Chief Facilitator in Speakers Institute Singapore, coaching program participants in Mastering Communication for Influence & Authority. He concurrently trains online participants in the corporate scene across the globe.

Edwin lives in Singapore with his wife, daughter and three pet rabbits.
