We take Inspiring Great Leaders to the next level with the Speakers Institute Corporate Executive Leadership Retreats. We create a custom designed retreat that integrates great leadership, great well being and great communication skills, strategies, tools and insights to ensure that your Executives are performing at a high level. Retreats are designed in a unique location, where they can fully focus their attention on becoming a better leader.

The best training and development outcomes are achieved with a long term blended learning program. Speakers Institute Corporate is experienced in creating and implementing long term programs from 4 weeks to over 12 months. This combines group virtual workshops following a pre-arranged program, with smaller group coaching and individual practice. We can also include the set up of online group hub areas for questions and feedback required by participants in between session times as they need quick assistance prior to leadership activities, and they have access to their assigned Speakers Institute Corporate Coach to assist. These programs develop strong relationships and highly impactful results that are long term.
These long term programs are best for emerging and current leaders who can then take their learnings and implement it with their teams as they become masters of communication and leadership.
