The design of an organisation is not just about writing a strategic plan. It involves an intricate blend of culture, leadership, energy, strategy and organisational architecture. How are teams formed? What are the patterns of working behaviours? How are lines of reporting constructed? What are the decision making processes? How are communication channels created?

Speakers Institute Corporate works with you to understand your organisational needs, create a strategy to focus your resources, support the change management process and monitor organisational effectiveness.

Our Approach

We facilitate a discovery phase where we gain an understanding of what the problem, issue or challenge your company is facing. This is followed by a gap analysis to identify the true root cause, rather that the symptoms that are presenting themselves on the surface. From there we apply an integrated organisational design process, that has people and culture placed in the centre of all decisions.

At the heart and soul of an organisation is people and the collective culture of the organisation. Our approach ensures that the Business Strategy and People Strategy are aligned and implemented in parallel.

We use an organisation design process, called the LESO QUADRANT APPROACH, which was developed by the co-founder, Craig Johns. The architecture of an organisation is supported by four key areas:

Let’s take a look at how each of the four key areas of the LESO QUADRANT APPROACH work:

Leadership – “Leaders Create Leaders”

We support your employee’s leadership development while they are leading, rather than reading or talking about it. We rehearse the future of your company, in-house, using the Leadership Growth Triad combining our methodology and your expertise to empower employee leadership growth. This involves the identification, development and performance of leaders as they transition from new employees, to trainers, to coaches and finally mentors as they rise through your company.

Energy – “Energy is the #1 currency in leadership”

With our Break The CEO Code framework we transform your employees into being high performing leaders. We provide your employees with the tools to schedule, focus and inspire their energy, the energy in the room and the energy of the people they work with and influence.

Strategy – “Simplification is sophistication”

What is the one intention of where you will focus your attention? The number one common trait between all successful people and companies is they have absolute clarity on their vision. We work with you to find clarity in who your company is, why your company exists, what your employees collectively aspire to be, and how they want to behave through the values they believe in. The result is a strategy that is simple, memorable and repeatable for both your company’s executives and employees, so they clearly know what’s in it for them, the measures of success and the priority objectives.

Organisation – “Having clarity on your vision, makes it easy to say no!”

We work with you to create a cohesive organisational architecture that delivers the results that you want and a place where people love to work. Using a periscope approach, we spend time with your employees identifying “what are we missing that the executives currently aren’t seeing?” to address both the immediate issues your company faces and solve future challenges. We take this information and combine strategies to help co-design a simple and effective structure for your company that supports a collaborative culture, consistent norms, and aligned principles that build trust. Organisation phase includes the Aligned Cohesive Executive approach for leadership cohesiveness.
