Andy Otto is a Communication Expert, Facilitator and Founder of The Intuitive Selling System. He has worked with some of Australia’s leading organisations to help them maximise sales and deliver the perfect customer experience. Andy specialises in human behavior, consumer psychology and sales strategies.


Andy is an educator and entrepreneur and has created one of the most effective sales training systems in Australia – helping recognised brands such as Myer, David Jones and Optus to become leaders in their fields.


Andy understands people, and how consumers make buying decisions, and after 20 years of practical experience he is a world leader at crafting the sales and marketing processes; helping companies such as Politix grow exponentially and win multiple national retailer awards along the way. Andy is entertaining by nature, and his energy and enthusiasm keeps his clients engaged and achieving results.


When Andy is not facilitating, he is somewhere in a remote part of the world surfing. Andy is based between Sydney, Perth and Bali.
